AIRPORT PICK UP PROCEDURES
Onyx Limousine Inc. MUST comply with the regulations of
local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with
these regulations and for your convenience, we will track
and monitor your flight as it arrives and have established
the following pick up procedures:
Baltimore Washington International (BWI) & Dulles
International Airport (IAD)
Our chauffeur will meet you inside by the baggage claim area
assigned for your arriving flight with a name sign.
Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Our chauffeur will meet you on the lower level at the outer
most curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window.
Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your
arriving flight. Our chauffeur will contact you upon arrival
of your flight.

Hourly rates are
calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing
from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin
service and continues through such time until chauffeur
concludes service and returns to the garage. All services
outside the local metropolitan area (5 miles of downtown
Washington D.C) are assessed the actual drive time to/from
pick up location plus all the additional charges. Hourly

Customers are permitted thirty (30) minutes of wait time
after the scheduled pick up time. Wait time beyond the
thirty (30) minutes will incur in the hourly charge prorated
in fifteen (15) minute intervals.
