AIRPORT PICK UP PROCEDURES

Onyx Limousine Inc. MUST comply with the regulations of local airport and traffic authorities. In accordance with these regulations and for your convenience, we will track and monitor your flight as it arrives and have established the following pick up procedures:

Baltimore Washington International (BWI) & Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Our chauffeur will meet you inside by the baggage claim area assigned for your arriving flight with a name sign.

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Our chauffeur will meet you on the lower level at the outer most curbside lane with a name sign on the passenger window. Please use the exit at the baggage claim area for your arriving flight. Our chauffeur will contact you upon arrival of your flight.

International Travelers
Our chauffeur will meet you outside the customs gate with a name sign.

Union Station
Our chauffeur will meet you at the middle curbside lane designated for limousines with a name sign on the passenger window.

Please contact us if your travel plans change or if you miss your flight, so that we can modify your reservation.

HOURLY CALCULATIONS

Hourly rates are calculated by applying the applicable hourly rate commencing from the time the chauffeur departs the garage to begin service and continues through such time until chauffeur concludes service and returns to the garage. All services outside the local metropolitan area (5 miles of downtown Washington D.C) are assessed the actual drive time to/from pick up location plus all the additional charges. Hourly rates are calculated to and from Washington, DC.

WAITING TIME

Customers are permitted thirty (30) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pick up time. Wait time beyond the thirty (30) minutes will incur in the hourly charge prorated in fifteen (15) minute intervals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled service pick up time otherwise a late cancellation or a no-show fee will apply. A no show fee equal to the hourly minimum or base transfer as applicable for the confirmed vehicle plus tolls, parking, waiting time and other charges will be charged if the passenger does not arrive as schedule at the designated customer/chauffeur meeting location. Leaving the pickup location without notifying Onyx Limousine Inc., will result in a no show charge. LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS

Please note that Onyx Limousine Inc. assumes no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in our vehicles.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS

For safety reasons of providing age and weight appropriate equipment, Onyx limo does not provide child safety or booster seats. However, customers may provide and install their own child safety or booster seats.
